Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, let us know and we will make it right.
  • Errors or Damaged Product:
    • If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it for free.
    • Email us at support@shieldrepublic.com
    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery for all returns or exchanges.

  • Returns:
    • We offer two options for returns.
      • All items must be unworn and unwashed with no stains, odors, or pet hair.
    • Store credit:
      • Receive a full store credit for the product’s purchase price minus shipping costs.
      • Valid for one year and can be used site wide.
      • Customer covers return shipping costs.
    • Refund to original payment:
      • A $5.00-$15.00 service/restocking fee applies per item.
      • Customer covers return shipping costs.
      • A full refund (minus service/restocking fee and shipping cost) will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges:
    • Exchanges must be for the same product in a different size.
    • Customers cover return the shipping cost and new shipping cost of new item.
    • No service/restocking fee applies.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Final sale and items discounted more than 30% off
    • Personalized items
    • Accessories, drinkware, blankets, totes and hats/headwear

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return labels provided, but the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Holiday Returns:
  • Valentine’s Day items: No returns/exchanges after 2/9/25.
  • St. Patrick’s Day items: No returns/exchanges after 3/13/25.
  • Halloween items: No returns/exchanges after 10/29/25.
  • Christmas/Holiday items: No returns/exchanges after 12/18/25.
